If you are a new starter it may take a week before your details are entered in to ESR and imported in to the Training Interface database. If you enter your email address in to the Password Reset Form and the message displayed says that your email address is not recognised then this is because you are not yet registered and should wait a few days before trying again. If you have waited a week and still can't set your password then please raise a Support Reqest, here, by selecting the answer 'Yes and I have tried setting my password for more than 5 days'.

Please login and go to the area in your Staff Portal that has the issue and then click on the support request icon to raise a Support Request. Your Support Request will be emailed to Organisational Learning who will investigate and respond by emailing you as soon as possible.
