With recent changes made to the NHS Mail service it has been noticed that many automated emails from the Training Interface are ending up in the Junk folder of users' email accounts.

Whilst a more permanent solution is sought, if you conduct a password reset or request support from the Training Interface using the support ticketing system then please ensure that you check your Junk folder for any responses. You can email if you need additional support with the system.
